Experience. I’ve been working in Family Law for about 20 years. Over these two decades, I have gained considerable experience and success within my field.
Rising Star. One way to gauge success is by the Rising Stars designation. It’s a peer designation awarded to only a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state. The Rising Stars selection process takes into account peer recognition, professional achievement in legal practice, and other cogent factors. I was selected to Rising Stars for 2004, 2010 and 2011.
Family Law. While I’ve handled all types of family law cases, such as divorces, custody/parenting time, paternity, child support and third-party custody, most of my work now centers on paternity and child support.
CHIPS. I have represented parents in Juvenile Court in matters involving Child in Need of Protection/Services (CHIPS) and related matters, such as terminations of parental rights and transfers of custody.
Contempt Motions. I have represented responding parties in contempt motions for violations of court orders.
